ONE. measure 2/3 cup of water
TWO. bring water to a boil
THREE. crush 2-3 cardamom seeds
FOUR. add crushed cardamom to boiling water
FIVE. add 1 teaspoon of loose leaf chai to boiling water
SIX. add 2/3 milk (for dairy substitute's omit steps 1-2, do not add water)
SEVEN. allow to boil well until you achieve the perfect shade
EIGHT. strain
NINE. add sugar
TEN. enjoy
