RETURN POLICY

All our products at Chai 4 Change have been carefully selected, brewed and enjoyed. We truly believe in our product and we are confident that you will too. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days after receipt. Please note a 20% restocking & processing fee will be applied to all orders. Chai 4 Change is not responsible for shipping costs on returned items.  

In the case of a return, kindly send an email explaining the return circumstances to info@chai4change.com with your name and order number. Once we have received the returned item, we will give you the choice between a refund, credit, or an exchange toward another item as per your request.

DAMAGED

We dedicate ourselves to insure that all items ordered are properly shipped and received in perfect condition. If there is any damage during shipping, you may ask for a refund or replacement. Please write an explanatory email along with the damaged item pictures and we will take care of the rest.
